Our initial drive when Istron Villas was conceived was to provide an alternative, more private, comfortable and exclusive way to experience holidays in the unique bay of “Pilos”, in the same time preserving the array of services and amenit

ies the nearby hotel Istron Bay offers. Our bay villas were finally presented in 2004, physically shaped as 9 independent houses in two parallel formations, perched on the, olive sown, eastern hills of the bay. Our complex is "bound together" into an extraordinary hotel by its restaurant dedicated to the villa's residents. In the backstage a family with a lifetime experience and titles in gastronomy, hospitality management and engineering is devoted to deliver a carefree full holiday experience. This vision was expanded in 2008 when we presented a 3 maisonette terraced complex this time set in an olive grove in the village of Istro, just 2 km away from our main unit. Private infinity pools immersed in lush vegetation, the balcony's sea view over a wide olive and citrus tree plain, the ample living space are the key elements conducing to a relaxing holiday time. Proximity to the beautiful beaches of the area, the markets and restaurants of the village bestow a more self catering character to the villas and make them appropriate for holidays throughout the year

Success came to us as no surprise as we never deviated from our principle: We made them with love.
