Every morning, before Casa di Fiori Andros Suites awakens, you will find me here... wearing my apron.
Many of our guests are surprised when they discover that I prepare the breakfast they enjoy. And every time, I smile, because to me, it has never been just breakfast.
It is a story that began many years ago..
My mother was an extraordinary painter. But she also had another remarkable gift: everything she created, whether on a canvas or in the kitchen, was made with her whole heart. Even the simplest meals she prepared were filled with love, care, and a kind of beauty you never forget.
Although we always had help at home, she wanted us by her side. She wanted us to understand that cooking and hospitality are acts of love.
She taught me that true luxury is never about excess. It is about offering something genuine.
That is why, every morning, I choose to be here.
This video is dedicated to my mother..for everything she taught me, for the values she passed on to me, and for the love that continues to live on in every breakfast I prepare.
I hope that every plate served to our guests carries a small piece of her heart.
