Situated in one of the most beautiful estates of the beach of St. Peters on Andros island. A three levels house . On the ground floor a large open space including living room, dining room, kitchen and a wc, opening to the beautiful covered terrace and the garden. Upstairs , the master bedroom with its own bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea. While at the lower level there are two bedrooms

with one bathroom. The location of the house is perfect! At 2 minutes walking distance to the beach of St. Peter’s , at 10 minutes to the Gold Beach , between them two lovely taverns . The port of Gavrio is only 1.5 km away , while the beautiful Batsi only 8km. The house is conform and registered at the Greek National Tourism Organization (EOT)
