Τα Ήλια είναι ένα γραφικό παραθαλάσσιο ψαροχώρι, ΝΑ της Αιδηψού, σε απόσταση 8 χλμ. με πεντακάθαρη θάλασσα, μικτά (ιαματικά-θαλασσινά) μπάνια και χωρίς υγρασία. Πήρε το όνομα του από το ναό του Ηλίου Απόλλωνα
