I just spent 2 months with my friends in the States. I felt cut from the wild nature I have here. No wild flowers, no bees. South Carolina and specially Myrtle Beach is number one growing state. People are proud to see the economic impact. I see too, that thousands of acres of forest are cut to build housing.
Of course, there are still all the beautiful swamps. Somebody told me that some want to be able to dry them, to be able to build more. 😔
I hope that the amazing parts of South Carolina will be preserved, its greens and animals too.
This is Elychrisum, a wild flower here in Rhodes. Properties: excellent for the skin and wrinkles, anti inflammatory like arnica.
