The house is situated at a very central point in Tsagarada and on the road that takes you to the popular Mylopotamos beach, which is located only 6km away. The centre of the village, where you will find the Saint Paraskevi plaza with the famous 1000-year-old Platanous, as well as the Saint Taxiarches plaza, is within a ten-minute walk (5-minute drive). s to the many pathways that lead to different districts of the village. This small house used to be the caretaker’s residence of the wider traditional building complex of the late 19th century. The restoration and re-construction of this complex, completed in 2010, were undertaken with great sensitivity by the owners who have significant experience in architectural practice and engineering consultancy. More specifically, in 2005, the caretaker’s house was restored and transformed into a modern independent housing unit of 82.5m2 in two levels, which can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. The ground floor gives space to the kitchen and a bathroom (both fully equipped), as well as a living room with a working fireplace. The mezzanine floor has 2 double beds and one single bed, with all the necessary linen provided. Outside the house and adjacent to it there is a sheltered sitting/dining space and an extra WC. This outdoor space is ideal for all sorts of activities across the day, offering privacy within the large courtyard of the complex. One of the great advantages of this complex is that it opens up to a 3-acre field of intense vegetation and open views to the Aegean sea – an idyllic environment all year round. The visitors will be offered seasonal fruit and vegetables from the gardens.
