Some of life's most meaningful moments happen around a shared table.

Food brings people together, but it is the conversations, the laughter, and the feeling of connection that stay with us long after.

A reminder of the beauty of .

This video was captured during a beautiful wedding celebration at Dexamenes Seaside Hotel one year ago, with a lovely couple and their loved ones gathered to share a truly special day.

At Dexamenes Seaside Hotel wellness is rooted in simplicity.

A slower, more personal approach to wellbeing — guided by human touch, natural materials, and the healing traditions of the Mediterranean.

Using herbs, oils, and locally inspired ingredients, each therapy is shaped around the needs of the guest, from short restorative treatments to longer body and facial rituals.

Warm textures, quiet moments, the sound of the sea, the scent of wild herbs.

An experience designed to slow the body, calm the mind, and reconnect with the senses.

Framed by wood, light, and the endless blue, our newly built Seaview Terrace Suites open directly onto the horizon.

A quiet place where indoor and outdoor dissolve—where mornings begin with the sound of the sea, and time slows down to the rhythm of the coast.

Simple materials, considered design, and uninterrupted views create a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect.

Your own terrace. Your own view. Your own time by the sea.

Just a 25-minute drive from Dexamenes Seaside Hotel perched on the hills of the northwestern Peloponnese, Chlemoutsi Castle stands as one of the finest surviving examples of Frankish architecture in Greece.

Built in the early 13th century by the Principality of Achaea, it once served as a powerful stronghold overlooking the Ionian Sea—guarding trade routes, shaping history, and witnessing centuries of cultural exchange.

Today, its stone walls still carry echoes of knights, merchants, and travelers who passed through its gates.

From the industrial heritage of Dexamenes to the medieval heights of Chlemoutsi, this place invites you to travel not only across the landscape—but across time.

Travel in space. Travel in time.

A new layer in a continuing story.

At Dexamenes Seaside Hotel architecture evolves the way wine does—slowly, patiently, season by season. The new Seaview Terrace Suites extend the life of the old winery not by replacing it, but by growing from it.

Light wooden structures now rest gently above the concrete wine tanks, hovering over the robust industrial base that once held the harvest. From this elevated layer, the horizon unfolds in a single line where sky meets sea.

The water channel reflects the pergola above, echoing the rhythm of waves below, while the structure remains deliberately light—almost floating—so the past beneath it remains present.

It is not a departure from what was here before.
It is simply the next chapter.

Layers of history. Layers of experience.

From sea to shore, beach to WineTanks, and finally to the Seaview Terrace Suites. At Dexamenes Seaside Hotel architecture reveals each layer of the past — translating the former winery into spaces to experience today.

Title: suStained (part 2)
Program: Traditional, Illegal — A Series of Food Activism Events at dex.Silo.01 www.dexamenes.com/suStained

Participants enter and sit at a communal table.

They wear a shared tablecloth — a symbol of food, gathering, and responsibility.
By wearing it, they physically take part in the act of sharing food that exists outside the law.

As the meal unfolds, the cloth is stained.
Each stain records participation in a practice considered illegal today.

After the meal, the tablecloth is removed and suspended in space.
It becomes an installation.

Not an object of decoration,
but a record of collective action.

Food shared.
Rules crossed.
Tradition made visible.
