Dora's Retreat Dora’s Retreat - 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a swimming pool holiday cottage in Anavissos It can sleep between 8-10 people.

Dora’s Retreat is situated on the hill in Anavissos, 40 km from the centre of Athens and 8 km from the Ancient Temple of Poseidon in Sounio with the magnificent sunset views. It takes only 20 minutes to reach the house from Eleftherios Venizelos Athens International Airport. Ideal location for those who like country side life and buzzing city of Athens. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, BBQ, viewing deck, small garden and a swimming pool.

It is that time again! Some people pick wild mushrooms (yummy) but some have the joy of olives picking! Olives are nature‘s miracle. It is estimated that one of the oldest tree in Greece, Crete is around 4000 or more years old.

In ancients Greece the olive tree was a symbol of prudence, peace, winning and fertility. The winners at the Olympic games received a garland made of wild olive tree.
