This year, The Rooster Festival brought us together once again at the Farm — artists, artisans, and local producers forming a vibrant “gaïtanaki”, a circular dance of stories, traditions, and shared memories centred around The Rooster, Antiparos, and the Aegean.

In the work of Odysseas Elytis, the Aegean is not simply a place, but a way of seeing the world through light, memory, love, and roots.The sea that gives us our summers carried our worries this year, as wildfires touched Paros. And yet, in difficult times, community becomes even more important.This is the spirit we wish to honour through the festival.To everyone who joined us, shared their work, their time, or simply their presence — thank you for helping us weave this delicate thread of memory.
