Our Story
Antares is located in a small historic and preserved traditional settlement on the southern outskirts of Areopoli, where sky meets sea, in a pristine, un-spoilt and precious natural environment. The hotel, of distinct architecture, comprising a neighborhood of four stone-built old buildings and three independent dwellings, was restored and conserved with the utmost of care from the remnants of this 1750’s -early 1800’s structure. The hotel, consisting of 12 rooms of excellent bioclimatic behavior, with views to the sea and the south, offering an independent entrance and terraces, was attended by the painter Sparti Linardaki, using natural textures, materials and unique elements of Mani. The rooms feature wireless internet access (complimentary), flat-screen TV, independent heating, air conditioning, small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, safe for valuables, Korres natural products, hairdryer. Antares applies environmentally sustainable practices through water conservation, waste and energy management, offers private parking, patios and indoor areas where a freshly prepared individual breakfast is served.
