Hi there! Let’s get acquainted ☀️

I’m Xenia Villa – a cozy 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home with a breathtaking sea view. Tucked away in a peaceful area, I’m just 800 meters from the heart of Argassi and only 2 km from Zante Town – the perfect balance of serenity and connection.

I have a long and interesting history (but more on that later 😉).

My owners – Eduard and Kseniia – are a vibrant, dream-driven couple currently living in Vietnam. The name Xenia isn’t just Kseniia’s name – in Greek, it means hospitality. And that’s exactly what we’re here to offer: warmth, openness, and a heartfelt welcome to everyone who walks through our doors. 💙
