Emiliata Villa is situated in Spartia village in Kefalonia, in the community of Livathos which is famous for its sandy beaches and the traditional settlements. On the basement there is a living room, a dining room and a kitchen, a shower and a romantic bedroom with a double –bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the household goods and all the electrical appliances. In the living room there is a TV, CD, and DVD player as well as board games. There is also a fireplace, if the weather imposes. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has two single beds. The other bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom and a shower. The independent bathroom, bigger than the other, has a bath and a washing machine. In the villa you will find a big parking space, a safety box and wireless internet. The villa is surrounded by two yards, one in the pool area where you can sunbathe on our sun beds or enjoy your coffee and the other has a dining room which can be isolated from the pool in case you have little children. The barbeque area is under a roof and has a dining room, ready for unforgettable meals and fantastic flavours.In our garden, you will be amazed by the colours and the smells of the flowers, as well as by the fruit trees, which are full of fruit and nuts available for you.
