Tο κτηριακό μας συγκρότημα σχεδιάστηκε και υλοποιήθηκε από τους αρχιτέκτονες - ιδιοκτήτες του και λειτούργησε σε πλήρη μορφή το έτος 2001. Αποτελείται από 11 ευρύχωρα studios, 4 διαμερίσματα και 2 μονόχωρα δωμάτια. Στους υψηλής αισθητικής παρέμβασης εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς χώρους, αποπνέει η ιταλική φινέτσα. Felix Residence was planned and constructed by it’s owners – architects at 2001 and is running every year since then. Felix Residence is constituted by 11 commodiously constructed studios, 4 apartments and 2 single spaced rooms.Throughout its internal and external facilities, Felix Residence is transpiring pure Italian design class.
