ViLLaRa is a playful

euphemism for our small and cozy flat. “Ra” is the suffix added to denote an increase in size. And considering our lovable 30 square meters, you hopefully get the joke. However, size is not really an issue when you are in the center of Athens, in one of its more charming neighborhoods (Kerameikos), in a flat designed by CaDu Architects. "ViLLaRa" equals to:
*Perfect location- Walking distance to all city attractions & easy access from the airport and port (Metro station in 500m). Plenty of great restaurants & bars nearby

*Living room & dining room with the unique touch of PanPan's artwork on the wall and handmade cement tiles on the floor. The couch can turn into a comfortable double bed to host two extra people.
*Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
*Second bedroom with two single beds that can be turned into one double.
*Second bathroom in the corridor.
*Fully equipped kitchen
*Washing machine, iron, hair dryer
*Big balcony to host your morning coffee or afternoon beer

And this is why I actually chose to live in this neighborhood and consequently create this warm space to host your stay in Athens. Kypseli is a very original, unique and lively area. With its open market, the amazing pedestrian street of Fokionos Negri (one of the most beautiful pedestrian streets of Athens), its theaters, bars and restaurants.
