DESCRIPTION
Coconut Villa is luxury residence of 300sqm built in three levels and can accommodate up to eight guests.
The architecture lines are simple, strict and manage to create an overall feeling of modern elegance.
The light coloured walls blend harmoniously with the unique pieces of furniture, the wooden surfaces and the various colorful decorating details.
Indoors the residence is characterized by functionality, spaciousness and brightness.
The 4 sitting areas and the 4 bedrooms of Coconut's Villa create a very relaxing and cozy atmosphere where guests can experience great sea views and mesmerizing sunsets even from the inside parts of the house.
Coconut Villa's outdoors area features a garden with Mediterranean plants and trees, a bbq and a built in dining table ideal for relaxation or casual get togethers.

GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor contains a spacious living room with a pool table, a small kitchen, gym equipment, a home cinema with a projector and a double en suite bedroom. This floor also features a 12sqm sauna and a whirlpool bath tab.

FIRST FLOOR & MEZZANINE
This floor features 2 sitting areas, a colourful dining room, a WC and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.
The picture perfect décor in the mezzanine level makes this spot perfect for reading and relaxing in daytime or enjoying the view and the beautiful sunset colors during the evening.

SECOND FLOOR
This floor consists of 3 bedrooms. A Double room with a king size bed and en suite bathroom. A Double room with a king size bed and a double room with 2 single beds
All bedrooms have access to a balcony and provide astonishing views of the sea or the park.
The rooms are comfortable with minimal decoration, unique colours and tasteful details creating a very relaxing and summery atmosphere.
