A very spacious, airy and sunny family-sized apartment with original wooden floors, newly renovated in December 2014 and equiped for renting out to Erasmus students. The apartment offers ample communal space with a separate kitchen, living room and very big shared balcony. Located in the central neighbourhood of Attiki, an old neighbourhood of Athens with a distinct multicultural appeal. This an a
rea that is increasingly attracting students and artists, thanks to its central location and reasonable rents. The apartment makes an excellent base for exploring Athens, by foot or using the excellent underground and bus connections to all areas of interest in Athens. Very close to the local high street offering access to all amenities, plus local cafes, bars and tavernas. Only a couple of stops away from the lively areas of Monastiraki, Plaka and Thissio with their Sunday flea markets, buzzing cafes and bars, trendy eateries and boutiques. The AUEB, the NTUA universities and the historic Exarcheia neighbourhood are only a few minutes walk away. Here’s a brief description of the apartment:

We also manage a few rooms for Erasmus students in the town of Volos and we have always had a really good relationship with the students. Normally we don’t need to advertise those flats as they are advertised by word of mouth between the students themselves. We are hoping that you will enjoy your stay in our rooms in Athens too and spread the word! :)
