Once left unused for decades, this historic building was brought back to life in 2012 and now stands as a cultural landmark of the neighborhood.
Look closer and the architecture tells the story: frescoed ceilings over 100 years old, wrought-iron balconies, baroque tiles and Belle Époque details all carefully preserved and layered with playful, contemporary design.
