Οι ομάδες των BE MY GUEST ATHENS και MEDLEY μαζεύτηκαν για την κοπή της βασιλόπιτας — γιατί πριν αρχίσει η σεζόν και γεμίσουν τα δωμάτια, γεμίζουμε πρώτα τις στιγμές.
Φέτος, οικοδεσπότης το φρεσκοανακαινισμένο Be My Guest. Ατμόσφαιρα ζεστή, χαμόγελα αυθεντικά και κουβέντες που δεν γράφονται στο booking engine 😉
Το φλουρί; Είχε άποψη. Και έπεσε στη Βίκυ, την οικοδεσπότισα του MEDLEY 🍀
Γιατί κάποια πράγματα δεν είναι τύχη. Είναι… hospitality karma.
Καλορίζικο, με υγεία, sharp μυαλό και βαλίτσες που δεν προλαβαίνουν να αδειάσουν ✨✈️

Hotels brag about “24/7 room service” and “signature menus.”
Lovely.
At Be My Guest Athens, we prefer a different kind of luxury:
a full supermarket right downstairs.
Forget gourmet water at €6 per bottle — here it’s regular, normal, human-priced water.
Snacks, essentials, last-minute items… everything a traveler actually needs.
Our guests see it during check-in and instantly level up their stay.
(It closes at night, but still — game changer.)
As for cravings, breakfast and emergency sugar levels, there’s a bakery right across the street with pastries that should come with a warning label.
Real city luxury isn’t marble…
It’s convenience — and urban travelers know it.

Τα περισσότερα ξενοδοχεία παινεύονται για “room service” και “signature πιάτα”.
Ωραία όλα αυτά…
Αλλά στο Be My Guest Athens έχουμε κάτι πολύ πιο χρήσιμο:
σούπερ μάρκετ στο ισόγειο.
Νερά σε νορμάλ τιμές (όχι αεροδρομίου), σνακ, είδη πρώτης ανάγκης, ξεχασμένα αντικείμενα — όλα εκεί.
Οι επισκέπτες το βλέπουν στο check-in και τους πιάνει χαμόγελο επιβίωσης.
(Δεν είναι 24ωρο, αλλά και πάλι αλλάζει το παιχνίδι.)
Και για τις λιγούρες, τις ζάχαρες και τα hangover καθήκοντα, απέναντι υπάρχει φούρνος με γλυκά και αλμυρά που δημιουργούν εξάρτηση.
Η πραγματική πολυτέλεια δεν είναι τα μάρμαρα…
Είναι το να σε βολεύει η ζωή.

Athens, 28 November 2025.
The city woke up under a poetic rain today. Streets became mirrors, balconies sparkled, and on the rooftop of Be My Guest Athens… smiles bloomed all the way up to the clouds. 🌧️🌿

Why?
Because after a long, sun-soaked summer full of heat and curious travelers admiring them, our plants finally had their moment.
They stretched, opened their leaves wide and whispered:
“At last! Time to drink… to cool down… to feel alive again!”

And just like that, Athens feels different today.
Calmer. More atmospheric.
A little more… romantic.
Perfect for watching the rain from our roof garden — coffee in hand, city lights in front of you, and a few happy plants winking back at you. 😉🍃❤️

Αθήνα, 28 Νοεμβρίου 2025.
Η πόλη ξύπνησε μέσα σε μια βροχή… ποίημα. Στους δρόμους λίμνες, στα μπαλκόνια σταγόνες, και στο roof garden του Be My Guest Athens… χαμόγελα μέχρι τα σύννεφα! 🌧️🌿

Γιατί;
Γιατί τα φυτά μας, μετά από μια ατελείωτη καλοκαιρινή σεζόν γεμάτη ήλιο, ζέστη και τουρίστες που τα θαύμαζαν, έγιναν επιτέλους πρωταγωνιστές της ημέρας. Ξύπνησαν, άπλωσαν φύλλα, άνοιξαν αγκαλιές και ψιθύρισαν:
«Επιτέλους! Ήρθε η δική μας στιγμή να ξεδιψάσουμε… να δροσιστούμε… να ζωντανέψουμε!»

Και κάπως έτσι, η Αθήνα σήμερα έχει μια άλλη μαγεία.
Μια πιο ήρεμη, πιο ατμοσφαιρική, πιο… ρομαντική μαγεία.
Ιδανική για να την κοιτάς από το rooftop, με καφέ στο χέρι… και μερικά φυτά που σε κοιτούν πίσω και σου κλείνουν το μάτι. 😉🍃❤️

Everyone thinks they know Ermou… or at least they think they do. 🤭
Most people only walk the “upper” Ermou near Syntagma for shopping —
but few go all the way down for real discoveries!

Truth is, Ermou doesn’t end where the shopping bags end.
It actually finishes at Piraeus Street, right across from Technopolis in Gazi!

And the fun part?
Be My Guest Athens is right next to the lower Ermou —
yes, the Thissio side, not the Syntagma side. 😉
The authentic, relaxed, more local version of the street!

So next time you say “I walked all of Ermou”…
make sure you really did. 😄

Όλοι ξέρουν την Ερμού… ή τουλάχιστον νομίζουν ότι την ξέρουν. 🤭
Γιατί όλοι ανεβαίνουν την Ερμού από Σύνταγμα για ψώνια — αλλά λίγοι κατεβαίνουν μέχρι το τέλος της για… ανακαλύψεις!

Η αλήθεια; Η Ερμού δεν τελειώνει εκεί που τελειώνουν οι σακούλες.
Τερματίζει στην Πειραιώς, ακριβώς απέναντι από την Τεχνόπολη στο Γκάζι!

Και το πιο αστείο;
Το Be My Guest Athens είναι δίπλα στην κάτω Ερμού —
ναι, τη “Θησειώτικη”, όχι τη “Συνταγματική”. 😉
Την αυθεντική, χαλαρή και πιο… local εκδοχή της!

Οπότε την επόμενη φορά, πριν πεις “έφτασα μέχρι κάτω”,
έλα πραγματικά μέχρι κάτω. 😄

Yesterday, Athens was boiling with runners — Greeks and visitors from all around the world — and many of them were lucky enough to stay at our hotels. (And unlucky enough to face the stairs after the race… which looked exactly like Everest! 😅🧗‍♂️)

We treated them like royalty: breakfasts packed with “fuel,” bananas, carbs, and everything a human needs when they voluntarily decide to run 42 kilometers. Respect! 🍌🔥

And today? The skies opened and it’s pouring like crazy. If the Marathon had taken place today, we’d have three sports instead of one: running, swimming, and canoe–kayak! 🌧️😂🚣‍♂️
Luckily, our runners enjoyed perfect weather conditions to complete their kilometers yesterday.

Bravo to all of you — you legends filled us with energy, good vibes, and… endless ice packs! 🧊🤣💙

Χθες η Αθήνα έβραζε από δρομείς — Έλληνες και ξένοι — και πολλοί από αυτούς είχαν την τύχη να μείνουν στα ξενοδοχεία μας. (Και την ατυχία να βλέπουν τις σκάλες μετά τον αγώνα… σαν Everest! 😅🧗‍♂️)

Εμείς πάντως τους φροντίσαμε βασιλικά: πρωινά γεμάτα «καύσιμα», μπανάνες, υδατάνθρακες και ό,τι άλλο χρειάζεται ένας άνθρωπος που αποφάσισε εθελοντικά να τρέξει 42 χιλιόμετρα. Respect! 🍌🔥

Και σήμερα; Άνοιξαν οι ουρανοί και ρίχνει καρεκλοπόδαρα. Αν ο Μαραθώνιος ήταν σήμερα, θα είχαμε… τρία αθλήματα: τρέξιμο, κολύμβηση και κανόε-καγιάκ! 🌧️😂🚣‍♂️
Ευτυχώς λοιπόν οι δρομείς στάθηκαν τυχεροί και είχαν ιδανικές συνθήκες για να γράψουν τα χιλιόμετρά τους.

Μπράβο σας ρε θηρία — μας γεμίσατε ενέργεια, κέφι και… άπειρες παγοκύστες! 🧊🤣💙
