🧳 The Stay Did Not Begin as Planned. What Happened Next Made the Difference.

🛏️ This guest’s stay did not begin the way anyone had expected.
The first night had not been booked correctly, and alternative accommodation had to be arranged. Although the original issue was attributed to the tour operator rather than the hotel, the beginning of the holiday was understandably disappointing.

🤍 Our team could not change what had already happened.

☀️ But our team could decide how to respond.
Once the guests were able to check in, the room was upgraded and half board was added to their original breakfast-only reservation as a gesture of apology.

🌿 During the rest of the stay, the guests highlighted the friendly and welcoming team, the breakfast, the lunch choices, the room’s cleanliness and the fresh, pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel.

🌊 The smaller scale of The Noverian Antàma also created the peaceful, uncrowded environment the guests appreciated, with the beach and everyday conveniences nearby.
