Το Hotel Οff βρίσκεται στη γραφική συνοικία Τοπανάς, στην καρδιά της παλιάς πόλης των Χανιών. Στεγάζεται σ’ ένα ιστορικό, ενετικό κτίσμα του 13ου αιώνα, πάνω στα ερείπια ενός αραβικού χαμάμ.
Όλοι οι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου είναι διαμορφωμένοι σύμφωνα με τη σύγχρονη αισθητική, σεβόμενοι παράλληλα την παράδοση, την ιστορικότητα και την πολιτισμική ιδιαιτερότητα του κτίσματος.

Σε κάθε δωμάτιο παρέχονται επίσης παντόφλες, στεγνωτήρας μαλλιών και προϊόντα προσωπικής φροντίδας σώματος και μαλλιών από αγνές πρώτες ύλες της πλούσιας κρητικής γης.

Το διεθνές αεροδρόμιο των Χανίων βρίσκεται 11χλμ. μακριά.
