Ground Floor
Entering the ground floor’s independent apartment guests will find a sitting area and a kitchenette, as well as two single beds (which can also be used as a double bed if required). A second bedroom offering two bunk beds, as well as a bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub are also available on this level. Also, the room offers a sofa bed and it's airy and sunny. First Floor
On the first floor there is an open plan area consisted of living room and kitchen. The living area features a comfortable sofa, open fireplace, 50’’ HDTV and dining table. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances for a self-catered holiday and has direct access to the outdoor dining area with gas barbecue facilities and the pool. A bedroom with a king size bed, also offering outdoor access, and an additional bathroom with shower, double sinks and a washing machine also exist on the first floor. Second Floor
A staircase leads to the second floor, where the master bedroom is located. The room features a king size bed and has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin with a hydromassage column, as well as exit to the large veranda with a pergola. Outdoor area
The spacious and beautifully landscaped outdoor of the Villa offers beautiful views of the sea and a variety of facilities which include:�
