Each air-conditioned villa has 160m² of living space laid over three floors. All villas have a beautifully landscaped spacious private garden with plenty of shadow for the hot sunny day and a
private swimming pool with an outdoor shower and an extensive sundeck with comfortable sun beds and a spacious pergola covered outdoor dining area with outdoor BBQ – perfect for enjoying a dinner at sunset with family and friends. The living rooms are equipped with flat-screen smart TV’s. Wi-fi Internet is also available in every room and outside area. The villas have open plan fully fitted designer kitchens with sufficient place settings for up to six people. All three double bedrooms have private bathroom facilities. For the youngest guests a children’s playground is available for all three villas. There is a shared professional tennis court where you can enjoy your afternoon exercise with family and friends. For more privacy and children’s safety the whole area is surrounded by a stone wall from the road side and fenced discretely from the field side. Services included in the price:

About the area
Kalathas is a seaside village on the Akrotiri peninsula, situated on a small natural bay and features one of the best sandy beaches in the region, with clear, shallow waters. The beach is lined with pine trees in the south and a small islet at swimming distance and features cafes and traditional tavernas. Still, Kalathas remains a quiet area and an ideal place to relax and unwind next to the sea. There are a few cafes, tavernas and mini markets, with a full range of amenities including large supermarkets, banks and a post office in Kounoupidiana, just 2 minutes away by car. The historic city of Chania is only 12 minutes drive. Akrotiri peninsula offers a selection of beaches and an opportunity to sample local life. It features some of the most beautiful and clean sandy beaches of Chania offering water sports activities, including well-known Stavros beach where Zorbas the Greek was filmed. A variety of wild birds and turtles find haven in this peaceful area which is so diverse, offering endless possibilities to the visitor, from bird watching, horse riding, hiking or simply relaxing and enjoying the scenery. There are also several churches and historically significant monasteries in the area such as the impressive Agia Triada and Moni Gouvernetou built in the 16th century, a visit to which is highly recommended. Western Crete offers something for all. From the Venetian city of Chania, half an hour drive away for shopping and sightseeing to the Samaria gorge for those more energetic.
