Our ferry was delayed and we ended up arriving past midnight and Markos was there to greet us and showed us around the villa. We are truly grateful! Villa Avra is one of a kind-with modern unique architecture, well maintained which houses all your daily essentials in a tranquil surrounding. The thoughtfulness of the owner, Markos , in setting up this place impressed us. We came into a villa with a well stocked fridge, cakes and fruit in the morning! Our family spent such quality time in here and we will definitely come back next year. Last but not the least, a big thank you again to Markos’ superb hospitality during our entire stay.

The Anna Maria Villa is 300 meters far from the nearest beach and less than 2km from the small tourist village of Gerani, in which you can find enough shops, restaurants, bars and cafeterias.

For a more intense pace of life and shopping, you will visit Platanias which is 3km far or the capital of the prefecture of Chania, Chania which is in turn only 15km away. The Anna Maria Villa can be proved as a lovely destination in an also lovely region for quiet and peaceful holidays.

It is surrounded by an all green garden and by canes laying in the middle of an olive grove, with a magnificent view not only of the private pool but of the sea as well. The villa has a modern style with beautiful spacious rooms inside.

On the ground floor there is a big and comfortable living and dining-room with the fire place, the cozy sofas and the fully equipped kitchen. Balcony doors take you to the spacious veranda with the garden view, sea view and private pool view. The veranda has a nice wooden table for 8 persons and it is covered by the shadow that the pergola makes.

The 3 big bedrooms, which lay on the ground floor, have a view of the canes, the olive grove and the garden. The 2 bedrooms with the single beds share the same corner bathroom, while the big bedroom has its own private bathroom. The special internal stairs (with a ceiling of wooden beams, which gives the at place a special character) goes from the beautiful living room to the spacious bedroom upstairs, which is a place like an attic, having its own bathroom.

The Ilos villa is a beutiful house which is surrounded by an olive grove and there are canes, grass, flowers, a garden and trees around it.

It is the ideal choice for those who look for quiet holidays in peace in a full of green surrounding. It has a view of the sea, which is just 300m away. It is located near the village of Gerani, where you can find shops, taverns, Super Markets.

It is 3km far from the cosmopolitan resort of Platanias where you can find much more choices and intense night life.

The green and full of flowers garden of the villa, surrounds the spacious pool, at the place of which one can relax far from responsibilities and run away from the city noise. Three stairs higher go to the spacious veranda with its big wooden table and through the balcony door you will be led to the single living room and dining room with the fireplace, the sofas and the big dining room, which is separated from the fully equipped kitchen with a stride.

What’s more, you can find a bathroom-toilet and a double bedroom on the ground floor. A beautiful staircase leads you to the rest 3 bedrooms which lay upstairs accompanied by an extra bathroom. Bedrooms have a unique sea view and the countryside around. The double-bedroom upstairs has its private bathroom inside and a balcony. The other two bedrooms have 2 single beds each and they have the same huge veranda with the amazing sea view in common.

The Anni Villa is situated in a peaceful location near the small village Pirgos of Psilonero, by the beautiful Maleme and the small tourist village of Gerani (2km) as well.

The cosmopolitan area of Platanias is only 3km away. Moreover, the capital of the Prefecture of Chania, called Chania is also 15km far from it. The stay in this villa appeals to those who wish to run away from the daily routine and experience the peace and relaxation that the Cretan village provides. Due to the near distance from the beach with the clear sea, it makes your stay enjoyable.

The villa is full of flowers, trees and grass, a fact that gives its outlook a special color.

While walking you can easily arrive not only at the beach but at the tavern near there as well. For even more choices of food and shopping you can visit the villages around there, which are a few kilometers away from it.

There are stairs which take you from the beautiful pool ,which in turn promises relax moments, to the comfortable veranda with the wooden table and from there to the beautiful single living and dining room with the fireplace, the sofas, the big and cozy dining room. The kitchen is functional and fully equipped while at the same time it has its own small balcony. Three stairs separate the sitting room from the bedrooms.

The bedrooms are comfortable with elegant wooden furniture and they also have their own private balcony with a nice view of the full of flowers garden, the deep blue sea and the quite countryside that lays around the Anni Villa. The big bedroom and the one of the two bedrooms with the single beds have their own private bathrooms. On the same floor there is also one extra bathroom – toilet.

The Aggeliki villa lays a few metres near the beach with the thick sand and by a traditional cretan tavern.

There are also places in a distance of 1 to 2km which are frequently visited, such as the charming resort of Maleme, the vivid and lively area of Platanias, which provides people with a wide variety of choices on fun, food and beaches.

The villa offers holidays in a quiet and beautiful environment, surrounded by a beautiful garden with full af green trees, grass and flowers.

The nearby distance from the sea makes your stay special, seeing that one can go swimming on foot (250m).

Stairs of stone lead you to the covered main entrance of the vila. Getting in, you come over the single spacious living and dining room with the fireplace, the cozy sofas and the beautiful dining room with the bamboo chairs. Big balcony doors take you to the shadowy veranda with the wooden table and the garden view, the private pool and the nearby sandy beach deeply away. At the same place there is also an elegant big fully equipped kitchen with its own dining room.

There are stairs which take you down to the place of the comfortable pool, which is in turn surrounded by the tile-laid surface and all green grass. All of the above will give you wonderful moments of relaxation, peace and far from responsibilities.

Three stairs separate the place of the sitting room, which is below, from the three bedrooms. The two bedrooms have two single beds each and they have the big bathroom – toilet, that exists there, in common. Meanwhile, in the same place, there is a bedroom with its own individual bathroom.

The bedrooms have access to the garden – view balconies, and the countryside around.
