We are a company based in the Chania (Crete) renting out vacation rental homes in West part of Crete.

We have big choice of budget studios, modern apartments, luxury or traditional villas with our without swimming pool and apartments in complex.

Long-term rental.

2 - bedroom ground floor apartment, we prefer long - term rental (1 year minimum!), but will consider shorter requests as well.

This split - level apartment is 75 m2.

On the ground floor there is a big well - equipped kitchen, sitting area and a big bathroom.

Wooden stairs lead you to the upper level where you will find two bedrooms (one with king size bed and one with double bed) and changing room. Windows of both bedrooms look over the sea.

There is a furnished terrace.

Location: Nea Chora, sea - side area of Chania, 1 km from the old town.

Monthly price - 960 euro + utility bills + 40€ cleaning and usage of shared spaces. Wi- Fi invluded.

Studio is located on the 2nd floor of 3-story building in Nea Chora, less than 100m away from the sandy beach and 1 km away from the historical center of Chania.

Studio is 42 m2, fully furnished, consists of double bed, sitting & dining area, kitchen, bathroom with shower and balcony with view to the inner patio.

Rental price is 500 euro per month + utility bills (water & electricity) + 40 euro per month for cleaning and usage of common areas (stairs and elevator). Wi - fi is strong and is included in the price.

Modern apartment is 32 m2 for long-term rental. The apartment consists of opened plan sitting and dining area with balcony, separate bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower cabin with massage option.

If rental period is longer or equal to 6 months, the rental price is 650 euro + electricity bill + 40 euro cleaning and usage of common areas/per month.

If rental period is less than 6 months, the rental price is 750 euro + electricity bill + 40 euro cleaning and usage of common areas/per month.

The minimum rental period is 2 months.
