Dear Guests,

We would like to inform you that our hotel is not responsible for the previous data leak, as all reservation data and IT infrastructure are managed externally. All information and the IT department are hosted and maintained in secure cloud systems operated from offices in Athens by Netera Software.
In addition, all personal data have now been fully encrypted, meaning they are no longer directly visible or accessible in the database. This security measure effectively prevents the possibility of any new data leak involving contact details.
Following the incident in December, the team of technicians, programmers, and security specialists has been working on a daily basis, continuously adding new security configurations. At this point, the platform is operating with what is considered the highest level of security.
Unfortunately, the data that had previously leaked may still potentially be reused. Any websites linked within suspicious messages are immediately reported for blocking to companies such as Google, Microsoft, and Cloudflare.
Please note that credit card details and security codes are safe and have not been stolen.
If you receive any suspicious message requesting payment details or directing you to external websites, please ignore it and do not click on any links.
