🍋 3-Ingredient Lemon Posset 🤤
Silky, creamy, refreshing and made with just a few simple ingredients!

Ingredients:
🍋 500 ml heavy cream
🍋 150 g sugar
🍋 Zest of 4 organic lemons
🍋 Juice of 5 fresh lemons

Method:
1️⃣ Rub the lemon zest into the sugar until fragrant and slightly yellow.
2️⃣ Add the lemon sugar and cream to a saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring well.
3️⃣ Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
4️⃣ Slowly whisk in the lemon juice. Remove from the heat and let cool for 15 minutes.
5️⃣ Pour into serving glasses or lemon shells.
6️⃣ Chill for at least 5 hours, or until perfectly set.

💡 Tip: If using lemon shells as serving cups, carefully hollow them out without piercing the bottom.
