Kontokali Bay Resort & Spa was pleased to host the official celebratory lunch for the 162nd anniversary of the Union of the Ionian Islands with Greece, attended by the President of the Hellenic Republic, Konstantinos Tasoulas, the Minister of National Defence, Nikos Dendias (Νίκος Δένδιας ), the Deputy Minister of Maritime Affairs and Insular Policy, Stefanos Gikas (Στέφανος Σωτ. Γκίκας) , and distinguished guests.

Once again chosen as the setting for an event of high institutional significance, the resort welcomed guests to its renovated restaurant Horizon, where views across the Ionian Sea, Ionian flavours, traditional recipes, and discreet hospitality honoured the spirit of the day.
