Prices of our services of rental management :
We take 18% on each booking (but we pay for the cost of the RENTAL platform which are usually around 15% (so we keep only 3% for ourself in average). Cleaning fees will be added to the booking and are therefore covered by your guests. Maintenance cost is not included. Prior to any works, you will receive a quote for approval. Good news... you earn 5% on any upselling/cross-selling (car rentals, welcome packs,...) deductible from our fees. Also, in average, your revenue increases as we do everything to maximise the number of bookings and their prices !
