This is a large 200 square metre 5 bedroom villa, which sleeps 12. Including a family room sleeping 4.
The villa is available for mainly families and couples , STRICTLY NO HEN OR STAG PARTIES ALLOWED. Any group bookings other than families will be vetted prior to booking. A Security bond of £1000 is required per booking, this is to cover any accidental damage breakages,and any additional cleaning or repairs will incur a surcharge. We will hold the deposit and subject to rental being ended with no damages or excessive cleaning the full deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your holiday completion. The villa is strictly non smoking and no pets allowed.
As you walk into the property there is a large hallway leading off to four of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms found in the villa.
Upstairs there is an open plan layout with 2 large leather L-shape sofas, a large oak dining table seating 8 and a fantastic 1970s juke box on free play full of 70s ,80s and 90s hits it's a real party box! Above our fireplace you will you will find A TV including Netflix for all the latest films, A play-station 4 games console and Bose surround sound system.
