It boasts panoramic views across the strait to the alps of Albania, is easily accessed aprox 12 minutes drive between both Kassiopi and Acharavi. With three double bedrooms (2 with ensuites) and two (2)twin bedrooms, it can easil
y and spaciously accommodate 10 people. There are two floors- each with its own separate living room, kitchen, inside and outside dining and full verandahs, each level also has a family bathroom. Therefore the villa can be occupied by extended families or groups of friends, providing separation if needed, and ground floor access for the elderly on one floor. There are garden areas surrounding the villa and a large inground pool with many places to relax in or out of the sun, all sharing the views and serenity of the space. One of the resoundingly positive aspects of the villa is its divine separation from the bustling areas below on the coastline, yet still with easy access for beaches, villages, supermarkets, restaurants and nightlife. It is an excellent base from where to make day trips all over the island, such taking a boat out, hike the trails, take tours or so many other activities. It is a 5 minute walk up to the closest small village and taverna (Hatzos) in Loutses, which also has olive oil tours available, and a honey shop. Perithia, at the bottom of our hill is aprox 5 minutes drive- provides 2 mini marts, 2 tavernas and a cafeneo. Ice Dream, our famous northern icecream maker and bar is at the turn off from Kassiopi/Acharavi. Above us is the heritage listed village Old Perithia, aprox 10 minutes drive, boasting excellent traditional tavernas, a honey maker and coffee. It lies on the famous Corfu Trail, and is passed by many the avid international hiker. There is also accommodation in Old Perithia at the world class boutique style Merchant House hotel. Many the idyllic evening can be spent in this area soaking up the true Corfiot ambience and farm to table cuisine unparalleled on the island. Even the local Greeks from all over the island swarm to Old P on Sundays. Many trails start in Old Perithia and the many marathons on the island also go through it. We feel extremely grateful and fortunate to share the Greek/Corfiot lifestyle year round and are proud to share our little piece of paradise with those fortunate enough to come here! Welcome!
