About Us

The Balaris Apartments are modern and comfortably furnished and are ideally situated for families, groups or couples looking to be in a central location and within walking distance of all the resort's amenities and beaches. Located approximately 5 minutes walk to the main square and 10 minutes to the harbour. These bright and airy, well-maintained apartments offer comfort as well as convenience.

Each apartment has one private bedroom with twin beds, a dressing table and adequate cupboard space. The open plan lounge/sleeping area is set alongside the kitchen/dining area, with easy access to the balcony or terrace. There is also more cupboard space outside of the main bedroom. The kitchens are all well equipped with full size cookers and a modern bathroom with WC, hairdryer and shower cubicle. For your convenience there is an iron and ironing board supplied in each apartment. In the cooler months, cosy duvets are available for extra warmth and each apartment has an air conditioning unit for respite from the heat in the summer months. Televisions in the rooms show free to air channels only. All apartments have private balconies or terraces.

Restaurants, bars and cafes are all conveniently located close by as are several supermarkets, bakeries, a pharmacy, doctor's surgery and tourist shops.Guests staying at the Balaris Apartments have free use of the swimming pool at the Ariti apartments 70 metres away.
