Eperia is located in Peloponnese in Greece and more specific in Hermionis a region of Argolis peninsula. The estate of Eperia lies 3km out of Hermione in Dardisa an area full of olive groves, wild low Mediterranean vegetation, beautiful small beaches and few family holiday homes both of Greeks and other Europeans. The property includes:
Xenon house, named after the last ancient ruler of the city-

state of Hermione, is consisted of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a fireplace and two sofas which can turn into two separate beds, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Hermion house, named after the mythical founder of Hermione, has a large bedroom with a double bed and a smaller one with a bunk bed, a lounge with a fireplace and a sofa that unfolds into a double bed, an open kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. In adittion there are air conditioners, hot and cold water, kitchen items, plasma TV, Wi-Fi internet access, and a washing machine (of common use). Their design is extroverted so that the resident isn’t closed in the building but rather directed to the external environment which includes gardens, Mediterranean landscapes and sea. The architectural design is oriented to the Peloponnesian traditional family cottage with some Aegean influences perfectly shaped for the modern needs in to the nature. The estate was designed and mainly built in the 70’s arround the needs of the family. Therefore the property includes facilities such as, common gathering square with a traditional oven, another independent gathering place with a traditional barbecue, a garden shower, small sitting corners for relaxation among gardens , olive groves and palms, a playground, a basketball court, sun loungers, whitewashed paths appropriate for walks, the morning jogging and for biking. Moreover, there is a direct access to a hidden beach a part of her is sandy and another is consisted of a romantic jetty and a sea gazebo

The position of Eperia allows quick and easy visits to the islands of Hydra, Spetses, Aegina and the villages Hermione, Porto Heli, Troezinia, Epidaurus and the towns of Argos, Nauplion, Corinth and the city of Athens. We stand for, in favor and for the greater benefit of any health-risk/valnurable groups or persons during this pandemic.

Following and prioritising the basic or special personal hygiene instructions given as preventative measures regarding personal care prevention, recommended by credible medical services and organizations since the 14th March of 2020.

Dealing with the spread is the most trustworthy prevention tactic currently given available for the greater good despite any costs. In order to secure the health and the well-being of our family members and our tenants members equally as well of the local population respectively, preventative measures have been taken to increase any safety against the spread of this pandemic.

Please, feel free to contact us, learn out more about, individually discuss any ideas about or offer any suggestions covering your personal needs or worries.

We are all in this united to make future plannings happen conveniently and safe and enjoy a good, fun, productive, leisure time in-doors and out-doors.

Our home is your home, in our guesthouses and the secluded fenced blue-white properties and naturaly private beach surrounded by the Aegean Sea and the tranquil and sparsely populated countrysite of Ermioni nearby of Hydra, Spetses and Poros islands, Epidavros, Mycene and Nafplio in Eastern Peloponnese the local climate and nature of the Greek countrysite successfully soothes any immediate or side effects of the current situation we are globally dealing with.

We stand for in favor and for the greater benefit of any health-risk/valnurable groups or persons during this pandemic.

In order to secure the health and the well-being for our family members equally and respectively. Preventative measures have been taken to increase any possibility against the spread of pandemic. As such we have undertaken earlier this week the decision to start welcoming later in this year after the 30rth of April of 2020 any dear future tenant.

The "Family Council of Eperia" has come across the family table for discussions and some vital actions. We salute and welcome the preventative measures taken on the 14th of March, 2020 from the respectable Health Services Authorities of the Hellenic Republic.
From the 15th of March 2020 untill the 30th of April, 2020 we suggest each person staying as much possibly more is needed in her/his place; as it is recommended the most trustworthy prevention given currently available for the greater good despite any costs.
We are looking forward, more than ever, happily to welcome you in a later season of this year.

Please, don't make any false worries about our Family well-being in , and the .
Our family is very well safe-guarded in our shinny, -surrounded, tranquil and sparsely populated countrysite of in Easter
