From Mrs Eleftheria… to us 🩵

This is how traditions are passed down from one generation to the next. Not only through recipes, but through hands, little instructions, laughter, and the moments we share around the kitchen table.

Mother Eleftheria teaching us how to roll the perfect pastry-“fylo” for spanakopita, while we learn something much bigger: that the love, passion and care our family has put into these traditions are a precious part of our heritage.

And somewhere between the flour, the pastry, Mom’s instructions and all the laughter… the tradition lives on. 👩‍🍳

Because the most beautiful family traditions aren’t simply taught. They are lived, shared, and passed from one heart to another. ✨
