Never been to a Mediterranean holiday, I didn’t like 🩵💙 And now that I’m back (and well-rested, thanks to the bank holiday!), let me make a list of things I loved about Greece!
1. Views like this. Waking up to this view was one of my favourite moments in Santorini.
2. The accommodations. Now I know this can get pretty expensive in the Cyclades, especially during peak months, but booking early can give you some good deals and more options. This was one of the few holidays, where I was happy with all the accommodations. The hosts, the facilities, the food, the views - the list goes on!
3. The delicious food. Oh where do I even begin? The fact that I bought a bag full of food items/ kitchen supplies can tell you how much I loved Greek food! Can’t wait to try all the new recipes I have learnt.
4. Last but not the least, the people. We have met some of the most hospitable and friendly people in Greece. They are proud of their culture, but also kind to the tourists.
And now, let me transfer the photos from my camera and plan my next holiday 🇬🇷, so I don’t get post-holiday blues! 😁
