Τhe house is only a 5 minute drive from Magganos where there is a mini market, taverns and traditional cafes, while Fiskardo is only 2km away from the resort. Alaties and Agia Ierousalim, two exquisite beaches of crystal clear waters, are a breath away from the house, while the rest of Erissos’s wonderful beaches are within a 1-4 km. distance.
Joy House offers a spacious apartment of 65 m2 capable of accommodating 2-8 people. The apartment comprises of three double bedrooms, kitchen, sitting room/dining area, and two bathrooms. The spacious, independent, fully furnished veranda offers a unique view and a breathtaking sunset. This apartment is ideal for couples, families, and groups of up to 8 guests.
The extensive, lush and full of colours and aromas garden provides the setting for pleasant walks for those guests who wish to explore and enjoy the beauty and scents of the trees and flowers which the owner tends to with loving care. Under the shade of the garden’s huge walnut tree is a BBQ area and a traditional wood burning oven, ideal facilities for organising upon request memorable evenings accompanied by food, wine and song!
