A late 19th Century beautiful stone luxury villa situated high on a hill above Fiskardo Bay surrounded by cypress forests that reach down to the sea with fantastic view of the mythological islands of Ithaca and Lefkada. The property consists of a main house on three floors and a smaller stone studio next to this and holds 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, kitchen and living room

The main house has a spacious

open plan living room, well equipped kitchen and dining area. The second level has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a bathroom. Stairs lead to the attic level of the house with its large room under the eaves with 2 single beds. The stone guest cottage next to the main house is a studio space with two single beds, living area, kitchenette and separate bathroom. The property has been furnished in the style of the period and all furnishings are individual, hand-crafted pieces especially commissioned for the property as well as some tastefully chosen antique pieces that have been in the family for generations. The villa also has air-conditioning, SAT-TV/DVD and WiFi-Internet. Outside, the property has a large outdoor dining area under the shade of a pergola and a large barbecue. The swimming pool is 5mx 8m with a large sunbathing terrace all around. From the property you have views right out over Fiskardo Bay and over miles of pristine cypress forest. The nearest shops and tavernas are about a 5-10 min drive away. The picturesque fishing town of Fiskardo with its brightly painted neo-classical houses clad in a dazzling array of bougainvillea is a favourite anchorage for yachts and is about a 15 min drive away. There are many beautiful beaches such as Emblissi, Aghios Jerousalim and Alaties within a short drive.
