Cretan tradition has one word deeply rooted in its heart: “parea” coming together.

Growing up in our village, we watched our parents and grandparents gather in local cafés and homes, sharing whatever the Cretan land had to offer, drinking raki, talking, laughing, and simply enjoying each other’s company.

This is a tradition we wanted to bring into our hotel as well. Not as just another activity, but as a genuine part of our culture, a way for our guests to experience the warmth, simplicity and authenticity of Crete, just as we grew up with it.
