Located in a quiet, traditional suburb just outside Heraklion, this second-floor apartment (please note: no elevator) is ideal for families and couples who seek relaxation, security, and easy access to the city without the noise.
The apartment features:
• Two bedrooms with quality mattresses
• One modern bathroom with a spacious shower
• Open-plan kitchen and living area, fully equipped with brand-new appliances in black and stainless steel (fridge, oven, coffee machine, etc.)
• A large 15 m² balcony with unobstructed mountain views – perfect for morning coffee or a peaceful evening
Everything in the apartment is brand new, carefully selected to offer a modern yet welcoming atmosphere in tones of white, grey, and black, balanced by the warmth of natural elements like the wooden balcony.
