Villa Small Paradise, is an impressive neoclassical 2 levels building of 250 m2, which provides luxurious and comfortable accommodation for families, couples or groups of friends. The interior is similarly decorated in a neoclassical style (there are also plenty of modern original paintings on the walls of every room) is functional and offers all the necessary facilities and modern amenities for a
pleasant, relaxing and memorable stay. It consists of 3 bedrooms which sleeps up to 8 people, 3 bathrooms, a separate big kitchen area and a large living and dining room. Every room leads to balconies and/or terrace with a panoramic and uninterrupted view to the garden, the pool and the breathtaking landscape, which one can gaze even from the interior. Apart from the main entrance, the Villa can be accessed through an automatic wide gate with plenty of parking spaces. From the parking area, the house can be easily accessed (just one step) for all types of guests. The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden of 200 sq which comprises of beautiful Mediterranean trees and plants, such as the Rhodian sycamore , bougainvillea , Ibiscus , roses , orange trees , tangerine tress , lemon trees , fig and loquat tress , pines , cypress and many others, which in combination with the pool, the small children’s pool, the playground, the kiosk and the wooden dining deck, will make you feel that you are on an earthly ”Small Paradise”. All the above in complete privacy and away from prying eyes, since the Villa is fenced and the interior is not visible from outside. There is an outdoor recently built, 7x4 meters fresh water, in-ground “Eco-friendly pool”, framed with Greek white marble tiles. The “Piscines Ideales” pools, have several awards from the European Commission and the Greek Association of Environmental Protection and is one of the very few certified “Ecological Pools” in the world. You can sunbathe on the stylish sunbeds with the comfortable cushions, the chairs, or on the lawn grass. There is also a solar shower which is essential, following a delightful dive.
