Hidden in the Aegean Sea near Kos is the beautiful island of Kalymnos. It's unspoiled nature provides rocky mountains, blue waters and breath-taking sunsets. Kalymnos has the finest ingredients for a holiday far removed from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Here, you will find the small complex of Aphrodite Studios (in 2020/2021 completely renovated) in the heart of the island in the village

of Myrties. Several climbing sectors are to be found in the nearby surroundings and the complex is situated within walking distance of the beaches of Myrties, Massouri and Melitsachas. Overlooking lush gardens, our spacious studios are freshly decorated and equipped with either a double or twin beds, air conditioning, fresh air system, kitchenette and breakfast bar, private bathroom with rain shower and toilet. The large balconies overlook the Aegean sea and the island of Telendos. Every morning a delicious breakfast buffet is waiting for you on our terrace so you can start the day good! Whether it’s for climbing, hiking or just lovely holiday away from daily business, we will make your stay unforgettable!

🌊 Kalymnos is opening the sea to everyone! 💙

We’re happy to share some wonderful news for our island — the Municipality of Kalymnos is investing in new accessibility infrastructure for people with disabilities, making the sea safer and more accessible for all.

Four beautiful beaches — Arginonta, Kasonia, Melitsachas, and Vlychadia — will soon be equipped with facilities that allow safe and independent access to the sea for people with mobility challenges, older guests, pregnant women, and visitors with limited vision.

This project strengthens Kalymnos as a truly friendly and accessible travel destination.

Kalymnos isn’t just beautiful — it’s caring, inclusive, and open to all. 💙✨

Myrties now has its very own recycling station — and this is what it looks like (photo attached for easy spotting 😉).

From now on, you can drop off your paper, glass, plastic, aluminium and cans right here in the village — easy peasy island-friendly recycling.

A small upgrade for Myrties… a big win for keeping our island clean and beautiful. 🌿💙
