Calypso bay apartments in Karpathos, Greece
Calypso Bay is a 16-room Seaside Apartment Hotel situated right above the main beach of Karpathos Town. Built in 1994 and having a third floor added in 2004, the hotel is continually undergoing small renovations to keep it in good repair. It consists of eight two-room apartments (all with a full or side sea view) and eight one-room studios (with a side sea view or garden view).
We pride ourselves on the informal, friendly atmosphere at Calypso Bay which has been created, in part, by the way the building was designed. Some of the rooms open directly onto the grounds meaning that guests get to know each other and become friends. The open design also makes Calypso ideal for large groups and families as there is ample room for them to get together.
Throughout the surrounding gardens there are deckchairs, sunbeds and table groupings where guests can relax, drink a coffee, have a chat or simply soak up the sun.
