The Cavo D-Oro Complex consists of two main apartment buildings, situated right on the beach at Kavos. In this new era, introduced by the 𝐂𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝-𝟏𝟗, we at Cavo D’oro’s Complex , having as constant goals and qualities your unique ' experience and , have carefully planned and are proud to present to you both our new and enhanced 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐲𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬, to guarantee a most comfortable, memorable and carefree stay with us.

𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟

- We have been trained and certified to all latest both Greek and International hygiene protocols

- Personal protective equipment is being worn at all times and changed regularly

𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

- Our staff at Reception will be wearing gloves and mask, while we take all precaution measures to safe keep you.

- Check-out time has been changed to 11:00 a.m and Check-in time, to 15:00, following the EU Hygiene protocols, in order to provide our cleaning staff with plenty of time for thorough cleaning of your room

- Disinfectants available in different spots of the lobby area

- Regular disinfection of all surfaces in common areas

𝐑��𝐨𝐦 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠

- Protective masks, disposable gloves, special robes and closed shoes will be used by our cleaning staff, separately in each room

- Thorough disinfection of all surfaces

- Cleaning with maximum natural air flow

- Use of steam cleaner at 70C for all woolen surfaces and other required spots

- Room cleaning and change of linen while room occupied, only upon request

- AC runs on fresh air flow and not on air circulation (guest is kindly requested to use natural air flow in the room instead of AC.).

𝐏𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐚

- Maximum number of persons inside the pool, has been applied to both our main pool (1 person/5 m2)

- Sunbeds will have their designated location along with their parasol, to guarantee social distancing

- Disinfection of sunbeds will be applied when sunbeds are no longer in use

- The conditions of the pool will regularly be checked, to certify maximum hygiene conditions

𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐚

- Parasols have been placed in maximum distance between one another, securing social distancing
