It is located at the southeast of the tip of Attica and it takes only one hour by ferry boat to get there. The airport is less than 30 kilometers from the port of Lavrion or about 20 minutes. The distance from the sea is less than 50 meters and the beach is 100 meters away. No vehicle is necessary to go to the beach. This is the best advantage of the house since it saves time and money. The view of the house is west towards a magnificent sunset. The complex is family oriented and quiet. However, the visitor can find lots of summer and sea activities in the surrounding area. Taverns and restaurants can be found in the center of the village as well in the nearby (5 kms) village of Pisses. Different types of beaches like sandy and rocky can also be found in the area depending on the individual’s preferences. The house consists of two levels and each one of them is completely separate and independent except the terrace. The upper (main) part includes the master bedroom, the second bedroom with two beds, the bathroom (shower) and the kitchen with the living and the dining room. The kitchen has a refrigerator with a freezer, a complete oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a laundry washer. The kitchen closets have everything a family will need like plates, spoons, forks, etc. The living room is in the same room with the kitchen and it has a foldable sofa, a foldable table for 6 persons and a 14” TV. The size of the upper part is 50 square meters. The lower part of the house has one large master bedroom, the bathroom (shower) and the kitchen with the living room. The kitchen has a refrigerator with a freezer, a complete oven, and a dishwasher. The living room is in the same room with the kitchen and it has a large sofa, an extra single bed and a small table. The size of the lower part is 45 square meters. The terrace looks west and it is actually the roof of the lower part of the house. It is covered by a pergola. It has a built bench for four people, four comfortable folding chairs and a wooden table for eight. On the terrace a shower is also available as well as a barbeque. The house is surrounded by beautiful local plants and trees which make the visitor relax. All the windows and doors of the house have screeners in order to keep the mosquitoes and other insects outside. Parking spaces are located in a distance of 20 meters. Different prices will apply for renting the entire house, the lower part itself, or the upper part itself. Make your choice and save money.
