On 28 August, Kapsaliana Village Hotel invites you to an evening inspired by the flavours, stories and landscapes of Crete.

A carefully curated menu rooted in the island’s rich culinary heritage meets the exceptional w**es of Iliana Malihin w**ery . Since 2019, this dedicated w**emaker has been devoted to reviving forgotten vineyards in the mountains of Rethymno.

From ancient vines and indigenous varieties to vineyards sculpted by altitude, wind, fire and resilience, each w**e carries the memory of its homeland.

Under the August full moon at Perivoli, join us for a journey through Cretan terroir, paired with a menu created to honour its essence.

On 14 July, sound therapist Manolis Zografakis brought his restorative practice to the gardens of Kapsaliana Village Hotel. For ninety minutes, under the oak trees and in the late afternoon light, the village held a different kind of stillness.

Thank you to everyone who came, laid down, and listened. And to Manolis Zografakis for bringing something genuinely rare to our village.
