The creation of Villa Kasteli

We have our beloved Yaya to thank for finding this wonderful place and building this beautiful home. She came to visit a friend of hers 30 years ago and ended up buying a plot of land and creating a dream she never knew she had.

The name comes from a combination of her favourite things;

KA/STE/LI - the castle or ‘kastro’ in Greek, her son Stergios and her daughter Lilian.

Since we were children this house has always been the place we meet to share food, laughter, memories and love. It’s full of positive and restorative energy, anybody that visits comments on how well they sleep and how they feel like they have been here forever.
