Our final shift of the season has started, and we spotted some of your favorite people preparing to close up the hotel for winter. Here's Alex, our server at the Seaview Bar, who has been taking great care of you all summer long.

Next up, our Chef, Kostas, whose talent is behind so many dishes you've enjoyed this season.

Our lovely Maria welcomed you to breakfast with a smile every morning.

Always creative and coming up with new ideas, Dimitris, our Bartender, prepared your favorite summer cocktails.

Our wonderful Housekeepers, Valbona & Yonida ensured your room was always spotless and felt like home.

Orestis, our Purchasing Manager, was planning everything ahead so that your experience felt seamless.

Esmeralda from our Reception and Dimitra, our Front Office Manager, made your stay delightful from the moment you checked in.

As for Foundas, he really didn't want us to take his picture! One might even say that he is rushing through this final shift of the season, as he is fed up with all of us. 😅
All the people you've seen are part of our amazing Blue Bay team, along with more lovely people who you may or may not have met. But everyone worked towards the same goal of making your stay beautiful and memorable.
