But on closer inspection, you’ll find this hotel is more boutique chic than authentic Greek. Take the curvy swimming pool. Set into a stylish decked terrace, it’s surrounded by contemporary sun loungers that face out to sea. And to the side is a pool bar with retro-style chairs and luxurious sofas piled with cream cushions. It’s the perfect spot for sunset cocktails. The smart interior is just as funky. Well-groomed bedrooms are dressed in a palette of crème caramel and rich chocolate. They all come with double beds backed by fashionable wooden headboards, plus a balcony or terrace with a sea view.
