FROM THE SEA TO THE TABLE 🔥🐟

Some dishes are more than just a meal.
They are an experience.

This is the story of one very special fish at Hotel Katerina.

It started at the fish market, where this beautiful, freshly caught fish was chosen for our guests.

Then came the kitchen.

The fish was carefully covered in salt and prepared in a traditional way. And then… the moment everyone was waiting for. 🔥

The salt crust was set on fire right in front of our guests, turning dinner into a little show of its own.

But the story didn't end there.

Our chef Mihalis brought the fish to the table and carefully opened the salt crust, cleaned and served the fish piece by piece — making sure everyone could enjoy it.
