TomiProject is a technical office that is situated in the area of Potos, on the island of Thassos. It also retains an office in the city of Kavala (Agios Nikolaos). Alexandros Papakyriakou (civil engineer) founded the office in 2006, and Vasilis Papakyriakou (civil engineer) and Thanasis Fesatides (architect engineer) joined him in 2007. The brandname “TomiProject” was used for the first time in 2

008, and today it constitutes the distinctive title of the office. The office covers a wide range of services and building technical projects, providing integrated research, constructional and advisory services and products. It guarantees the optimization of every aspect of construction of buildings, from design, cost calculation, schedule, quality, safety, and continuous and reliable supervision. It undertakes the construction of individual houses or residential complexes, shops/ stores, and business premises, while it specializes in the development of tourist units/complexes and hotels. The scope of activities of TomiProject also includes the effective use of existing buildings through reconstruction, energy renovation, and legalization of illegal constructions. Last but not least, the company offers consultation on the practical and effective use of real property, including the certified estimation of its market value. The aim of the company is to support the optimal use of private property on the basis of profound and continuously updated knowledge of the subject matter of architecture and the science of construction.
