May/June offer for Joleni Cottage.
If you search for tranquillity and privacy in a lush environment in Kefalonia this is the place to go. Joleni Cottage is step-free throughout the house, has 2 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, an additional WC, and an open plan fully equipped kitchen with a dining and sitting area.
The house is wheelchair accessible and surrounded by terraces and a big garden. A minimarket and a local taverna can be found within walking distance in Keramies. Another restaurant is located just outside the village and in the neighbouring village Spartia. Several beaches are only minutes from the property, and both the capital of Argostoli and the airport are a short 15-minute drive.
The nightly rate for our May offer: 78 Euros (2/5-24/5). June: 88 Euros (7/6-14/6 & 21/6-28/6). These rates includes air conditioning, bed linen, towels, beach towels, washing machine and final cleaning.
Please note that the climate tax which was installed in 2024, has been increased to 15 Euros per night for a house of this size, payable directly by the guest on site.

Unser ebenerdiges Ferienhaus Joleni Cottage ist auf 100qm barrierefrei, hat 2 Schlafzimmer, ein großes helles Bad, Extra WC und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Ess -und Wohnbereich. Umgeben ist das Haus von 2 Terrassen und großem Garten. Mehrere der schönsten Strände Kefalonias sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt, der Flughafen und die Hauptstadt Argostoli sind in 15 Minuten erreichbar.
Der Übernachtungspreis liegt im Mai bei 78 Euro (2.5.-24.5.). Im Juni liegt der Übernachtungspreis bei 88 Euro (7.-14.6. & 21.-28.6), inkl. Endreinigung, Air Condition, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Strandtücher und Waschmaschinennutzung.
Direktflüge gibt es mit Condor und Discover Air von München und mit Discover Air von Frankfurt. Auch von Wien gibt es Direktflüge nach Keflonia.

The holiday home offers tranquillity and privacy and is step-free throughout the house. It has 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom, an additional WC, an open plan fully equipped kitchen with a dining and sitting area.
Joleni Cottage is wheelchair accessible and surrounded by terraces and a big garden. The 100sqm house offers plenty of space for 4-5 persons and is ideally located near several lovely beaches and for exploring the island.
The nightly rate in September is 89 Euro and in October 78 Euro.

Gute Neuigkeiten: außer von Düsseldorf und München kann man 2022 auch von Stuttgart direkt nach Kefalonia fliegen. 😀
